​背景

著名音樂人鄧志和先生，為我們的英文校歌重新編曲及監製，譜出繞梁三日的樂章。爲了令同學對校歌樂章有更深入的認識和歸屬感，進一步弘揚「格致精神」，我們便將校歌原有的動聽樂章譜上勵志的中文歌詞。我們更榮幸獲得鄧志和先生在百忙之中首肯為我們監製新的「格致中文校歌」。他為我們監製這首中文校歌之前，都需要我們提供歌詞是否適合原有的樂章，以免影響歌曲的質素，嚴緊程度一時無兩。別看小短短的幾分鐘校歌，歷屆畢業同學們用心參與這項活動並在錄音室花上幾個小時，重複合唱多次才能完成這首中文校歌。希望各同學細心欣賞並以這首格致中文校歌弘揚「格致精神」。

Background

The famous musician Eddie Tang has re-arranged and re-produced our English college music in a beautiful melody. In order to make our alumni further know about our college and have more sense of belonging of the 「Spirit of Mansfield」, we has written an Inspirational Chinese Lyrics for the college music. We are honoured that Eddie Tang would help us to produce the Mansfield Chinese College Song even though he was very busy. Before producing this Chinese College Song, he needed to check whether the Chinese lyrics match the original music in order to avoid the bad quality of the song. Only a few minutes of the song production could spend our schoolmates a several hours to complete under the supervision of Eddie Tang, we hope all of you appreciate this Chinese College Song for the spread of the 「Spirit of Mansfield」.
